Please allow 10 business days from the date of your purchase to receive your DVD in the U.S. Please allow up to 20 business days outside of the Country. All orders are sent via USPS First Class Mail in the U.S.A. or Airmail for International orders.
Click on the Customer Service link at the top of the website and enter your Confirmation # to see if your item has been shipped.
PAYPAL CUSTOMERS: You will receive 2 Confirmation emails. Only one is valid.
Please check your paypal account to make sure your payment actually went through.
**VISA/MASTERCARD CUSTOMERS** Any attempts to file a CHARGEBACK will be deemed fraudulent and appear as a DEFAULT payment on your CREDIT REPORT.
